Welcome to FantaskTeam. By accessing or using our website or booking any service, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Platform Role

FantaskTeam is a technology platform that connects homeowners with independent local contractors (“Service Providers”) across the U.S. We do not directly perform services. All work is performed by third-party providers who are independent businesses and not employees, agents, or representatives of FantaskTeam.

2. Service Disclaimer

FantaskTeam does not supervise, manage, or guarantee the performance, outcome, or safety of services performed by providers. While we vet providers for quality and compliance, all liability for service performance rests solely with the provider. You acknowledge that FantaskTeam is not responsible for any damage, injury, delay, or dissatisfaction resulting from third-party services.

3. Payments

FantaskTeam may collect and process payments on behalf of providers. This is done for your convenience and does not alter the independent status of the provider. All collected funds are distributed post-job completion, minus any applicable platform or coordination fees. FantaskTeam is not liable for any payment dispute that arises between the customer and provider after service delivery.

4. Customer Agreement

By using the FantaskTeam platform and booking a service, you agree to the following:

  • You are engaging with an independent contractor, not FantaskTeam directly.
  • FantaskTeam’s role is limited to scheduling, vetting, coordination, and support.
  • You release FantaskTeam from responsibility for service-related damages or dissatisfaction.
  • You will not hold FantaskTeam liable for the behavior or actions of any third-party provider.

5. Quality Standards

FantaskTeam enforces high standards for service providers, including licensing, insurance, background checks, and review monitoring. However, we do not control or monitor jobs in real-time. Providers who fail to meet expectations may be removed from our network at our discretion.

6. Cancellations & Disputes

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please report the issue to FantaskTeam within 48 hours. While we are not liable for service performance, we will assist in coordinating communication between you and the provider to find a resolution where possible.

7. Platform Use

By using this platform, you agree not to:

  • Bypass FantaskTeam to book services directly with our providers.
  • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Impersonate another individual or falsify booking details.

Violations may result in removal from the platform and legal action.

8. Future Payment Models

FantaskTeam reserves the right to modify how payments are processed, including future direct customer billing or other payment structures. The Terms will be updated accordingly, and your continued use of the platform will constitute agreement to such changes.

9. Updates to Terms

FantaskTeam may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our platform signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
